What is the return policy?
At Tisséa, each creation is handcrafted with care and attention. However, if an item has a defect or problem, you have the option to request a return.
To do so, please send an email to the following address: bytissea@gmail.com, specifying:
- your name,
- the order number,
- the product in question,
- the reason for the request (with supporting photos if possible).
If the request is accepted (defect or other legitimate reason), you will receive the necessary instructions to make the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are handled exclusively via Mondial Relay .
Once the package has been received and checked, an exchange or a refund may be offered depending on the situation.
When will I receive my package?
We currently deliver to Belgium , France and the Netherlands via Mondial Relay .
Shipping time is 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.
Next, delivery via Mondial Relay usually takes 4 to 5 working days .
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.Track my parcel .

How to care for Tisséa creations?
All Tisséa creations are carefully handcrafted and deserve special attention. To preserve their quality, absolutely avoid machine washing : this could permanently damage them.
In case of stains, we advise you to clean gently using a soft cloth , lukewarm water and a mild soap (such as Marseille soap).
Rub gently, without getting too wet.
Finally, to prevent everyday accidents, we recommend waterproofing your creation as soon as you receive it.
